Most orders take 3–4 weeks from when we receive your final details. We hand-craft everything to order, so there's no stock sitting around—you're getting something made specifically for you. Rush orders are sometimes possible, so just get in touch if you're working to a tight deadline.

Absolutely. We offer engraving on our wooden keepsake boxes—names, dates, initials, even a short message. It's a lovely way to make the box feel like it's truly theirs. You'll choose your text during checkout, and we'll hand-engrave it before sending it out.

The box arrives empty so you can fill it with what matters—hospital bracelets, birth announcements, first photos, tiny clothes, scan pictures. It has internal compartments to keep things organised and protected. The standard size fits everything from newborn memories through to early school years without being bulky.

Our blankets are best hand-washed in cool water with a gentle detergent—it keeps the fibres soft and the colours bright. Lay flat to dry, and avoid the tumble dryer. It might seem like extra effort, but it's worth it to keep something this special in perfect condition for years (or even to pass down).

Yes. We can wrap your order in tissue and kraft paper, and include a handwritten gift note if you'd like. Just let us know when you order, and we'll make sure it arrives ready to give.
